Logging In

To access your CMS, navigate to your login page and enter your assigned credentials:

Enter your username in the first field

Enter your password in the second field

Optionally check "keep me logged in" for extended access

Click the arrow button or press Enter to log in

Session Duration

Your login session duration depends on whether you check "keep me logged in":

Standard Session: 8 hours of activity without the checkbox
Extended Session: 30 days when "keep me logged in" is checked

Login Issues If login fails, check your username and password spelling. Contact your administrator if problems persist.

Dashboard Overview

After login, you'll see the dashboard with its three-panel layout designed for efficient content management:

Interface Layout

Top Bar: Shows "Admin Dashboard" and logout link
Left Panel: Navigation menu with expandable sections
Center Panel: Main workspace for editing and viewing content
Right Panel: Detailed settings and information for selected items

Navigation System

The left panel uses an accordion-style menu where you can:

Click section headers to expand or collapse them
Select individual items to work with
See visual indicators showing item status
Quickly switch between different areas of your site

Interface Tip The center and right panels automatically update based on your navigation selections, providing a seamless workflow.

Main Sections

Your CMS is organized into four primary sections, each serving specific management functions:

Pages

Manage all your website's content pages. Here you can create new pages, edit existing content, and organize your site structure. Pages appear in alphabetical order with status indicators showing whether they're active or inactive.

Plugins

View and configure installed plugins that extend your website's functionality. This section shows all active plugins and provides access to their individual configuration options.

Templates

Select and customize your website's visual designs (themes). Browse available design options, switch between different visual styles, and customize elements that affect your site's appearance.

Accounts

Manage user accounts and system settings. This section includes user management tools and system-wide configuration options. Access to this section depends on your user permission level.

Access Levels Administrators see all sections, while regular users may have limited access based on their assigned permissions. The Accounts section typically requires administrator privileges.

Adjusting Panel Widths

The dashboard features an adjustable panel system that lets you customize your workspace:

How to Resize Panels

Look for thin vertical dividers between panels

Move your cursor over a divider until it changes to a resize icon

Click and drag left or right to adjust panel widths

Release to set the new panel sizes

Flexible sizing: Adjust panels to match your workflow needs
Minimum widths: Panels maintain functional minimum sizes
Responsive behavior: Layout adapts to different screen sizes
Persistent settings: Your preferred panel sizes are remembered
Collapsible panels: Panels can be hidden to maximize workspace

Workspace Tip Customize your panel layout based on your current task. Expand the center panel for content editing, or widen the right panel when working with detailed settings.
