Accessing Your CMS

To begin using Iluvana CMS, you need to log in with your assigned username and password. The login process is straightforward and includes options for extended session duration.

💡 Quick Access Your CMS login page is typically located at your domain followed by the admin directory (e.g., yoursite.com/admin).

Logging In

Follow these steps to access your content management system:

Navigate to your CMS login page
Enter your username in the first field
Enter your password in the second field
Optionally check "keep me logged in" for extended access
Click the arrow button or press Enter to log in

After successful login, you'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can begin managing your website content.

Session Duration Options

The "keep me logged in" checkbox controls how long your login session remains active:

Standard Session (8 hours) If you don't check "keep me logged in," your session will automatically expire after 8 hours of inactivity. You'll need to log in again to continue working.
Extended Session (30 days) When you check "keep me logged in," your session remains active for 30 days. Each time you log in with this option, the 30-day period starts over.

Choose the extended session if you frequently work on your website and want to avoid repeated logins. Use the standard session for enhanced security, especially on shared computers.

Login Security Tips

Keep your account secure with these best practices:

  • Use strong passwords: Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
  • Don't share credentials: Keep your username and password confidential
  • Log out when finished: Use the logout link in the top bar when done
  • Be cautious with "keep me logged in": Only use on trusted, personal devices

When Login Fails

If you can't log in, you'll see an error message below the login form. Common issues include:
